I'm Nate and I've worked with many women and men over the years facing complex mental health and family challenges. I specialize in divorce support, family systems issues and trauma recovery. My purpose is to help others find the peace and confidence they deserve while going through major life transitions. Together we can carefully navigate the complexities of your concerns and work to help you take control of your future. Our work together will prioritize managing painful emotions such as fear, anxiety, grief and anger. We will also work towards closure and skill building for future relationships. I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona. I provide professional counseling services for individuals, co-parents, couples, families, and Therapeutic Intervention services in Arizona. Court ordered forensically informed therapy services are available as well. I've been working in the mental health field since 2008 and I've worked with a variety of concerns including:

- Self-harm/suicidal thoughts
- Relationship concerns
My counseling approach includes various methods such as DBT, ACT, CBT, EMDR and Solution-Focused Therapy while fostering a deep connection to core values. I also provide coaching services for various concerns including divorce recovery.
